- How much is it for UK Delivery?
We are currently offering FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50. Otherwise UK standard delivery is £3.95.
A next working day service is also available for £7.95 (if ordered before 2.30pm on every working day)
PLEASE NOTE: Our offices close on weekends and bank holidays so orders do not get process till the next working day. Please bear this in mind when ordering next day delivery at the weekends.

UK FREE RETURNS & REFUNDS
We now offer FREE UK returns! So if, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any unworn items in their original condition back to us within 28 days. Please, include your invoice stating if you would like a refund or exchange.
Want a Refund?
As long as you return your item to us within 28 days from the date you received your parcel we can process a refund for you. Please let us know that you would like a refund on your returns form and let us know why. Once we receive your parcel back we aim to issue your refund within 5 working days. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow around 2-3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, although this is dictated by your bank or card issuer and can vary.
Received a Faulty Item?
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Received an incorrect item?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail email@example.com quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 28 days from our despatch of the incorrect item to return it to us.
1. Attach the label to your parcel making sure you securely package the item to avoid any damage.
2. Apply the returns label to the largest side of your return item. Ensure you do not place any tape over the barcode as this could affect the ability to scan the item.
3. Drop off your parcel at your local Post Office branch and ask for proof of postage if required. To find your nearest branch, go to www.royalmail.com/branch-finder
