We operate a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please include a note with the package stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The item being returned/exchanged must be in its original condition. If exchanging an item, please make clear the size and colour of the replacement item required.
We recommend that you send the item back via Royal Mail special delivery, so that we can sign for the item, providing proof of return.

You will also need to include the original invoice with your return. Don’t worry if you have lost this as all purchases are logged in the my account section.
What if my item was delivered faulty?
If the item you received is faulty, please email us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of what is wrong with the product and if you would like to exchange it or be issued with a refund. We will reply to this email within 24 hours with further instructions.
What if I have received an incorrect item?
If the item you received is incorrect then similair to faulty goods, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item, quoting your order number, your name,address and details of which item you would like to exchange it with.
Do you deliver Internationally?
We do offer international delivery using Royal Mail Worldwide at a cost of £6.00 to Eire, £9.00 to Europe and £15.00 to the United States & the Rest of the World.
